NOGLSTP-CR General Meeting and Indoor Health Presentation
The National Organization of Gay and Lesbian Scientists and Technical Professionals - Chesapeake Region is pleased to announce a general meeting and technical presentation on Monday, March 9. The meeting will take place at the Elkridge Branch of the Howard County Library, 6540 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD 21075.

We will start with light refreshments at 6:30 pm, followed by the meeting agenda at 7pm. We will be briefly discussing upcoming NOGLSTP-CR events and recent NOGLSTP activities at the national level. We will then be offering a presentation on indoor (home and office) environments and warning signs you should be aware of. Daniel Ewald, an environmental scientist, will discuss health hazards commonly found in living and working spaces, focusing on detection and remediation of mold, asbestos, lead, radon, and on overall indoor air quality. And he promises he will try not to track any hazardous material into the meeting. The meeting is expected to end before 8 pm.
